Kersti Jan Werdal is a photographer and filmmaker from Seattle, Washington.

Four Seasons follows a young Japanese boy in his daily life in the small northern city of Akita, Japan, as he questions his faith in what he had previously known to be God. The film observes a slow and subtle shift in the protagonists’s internal world, alongside the changing light and seasons of the landscapes.
